Stine Degnegaard Arensbach is an expert in wicked problems and a strategic and business development advisor.
Stine has over 15 years of experience as a consulting advisor, with a particular focus on innovation, wicked problems, and co-creation across public and private organizations, both in Denmark and internationally. She holds a PhD in wicked problems and strategic co-creation from the Royal Danish Academy in collaboration with Stanford University. Stine has extensive experience in establishing public-private development consortia, especially within the fields of energy and security.
She has taught strategic co-creation in executive programs at institutions such as Copenhagen Business School, Rotterdam School of Management, and the Stanford University Design Institute. She is also an experienced speaker and moderator at conferences, leadership forums, and summits.

Peter Dahl Thruelsen
Partner, Phd., Advisor
Peter Dahl Thruelsen is an expert in strategy and organizational development, advising on geopolitics, macro trends, and strategic and organizational transformation.
Peter has a broad background with over 25 years in the Danish Armed Forces, including the past five years in top-level leadership, and has been deployed on five international operations. He holds a PhD in international politics and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development under unique conditions—ranging from leading teams and managing leaders to executive-level management.
Previously, Peter served as the senior executive responsible for major organizational restructuring initiatives. Today, he advises on organizational development, including cross-sector collaboration, industry partnerships, and triple helix cooperation models.

Iben Yde
Phd., Advisor
Iben Yde is an expert in regulation and framework development for new technologies within defense and security and advises on responsible AI development and use, as well as AI governance and strategy.
She has extensive experience in strategic and operational legal counseling in the defense sector, including weapons screenings and export controls.
With over 13 years of experience in the Danish Armed Forces and several deployments in international operations, Iben has developed deep expertise in the military use of technology. She holds a PhD in autonomous weapons systems and has been a key figure in establishing the Institute for Military Technology at the Defence Academy.
Iben has represented Denmark at both the United Nations and NATO and is an experienced lecturer, having delivered guest lectures at institutions such as Stanford University and the Institute for International Humanitarian Law. She is also the lead editor and co-author of the book Smart War – Military Use of Artificial Intelligence.

Mette Mai Skovgaard Jacobsen
Consultant
Mette Mai Skovgaard Jacobsen specializes in addressing complex societal challenges and works with strategy and cross-sector problem-solving.
With an academic background in business economics and philosophy from Copenhagen Business School, she applies a philosophical framework to analyze and advise at the intersection of the public sector, business, and citizens. She leverages philosophy’s inquisitive nature to elaborate on, explore, and challenge business as usual.
Mette has previously conducted market analyses in sectors including energy, retail, and finance. She brings an analytical approach grounded in qualitative methods and identifies strategic opportunities based on qualitative insights.

Flemming Lentfer
Associated partner, General, Advisor
Flemming Lentfer is a former four-star general in the Royal Danish Air Force with extensive expertise in military leadership, strategic development and execution, capability planning, joint operations, and geopolitics. He also has deep knowledge of the defence industry, the logistics enterprise, and corporate management.
Flemming brings more than 41 years of service in the Danish Armed Forces.
He previously served as Denmark’s Chief of Defence and as Director General of the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO), where he simultaneously acted as National Armaments Director.
Flemming has substantial experience with NATO, the EU, and Nordic defence cooperation, and has negotiated bilateral and multilateral agreements on operations, capabilities, and materiel/IT. He has led the preparation of military recommendations for several Danish Defence Agreements and overseen their subsequent implementation.

Louise Dinesen

Louise Dinesen is an business and crisis psychologist who advises on strategic and organizational prevention, resilience and psychological safety, crisis leadership, and leadership development.
For more than 15 years, Louise has advised top executives, leadership teams and organizations through periods of transition. She has both practical and research experience in developing resilient organizations and has specialized in behavioral change under unique conditions — including political environments, the armed forces, and the film and performing arts sectors.
Louise is a government-certified occupational health advisor, authorized by the Danish Working Environment Authority. She brings hands-on experience from working with serious regulatory cases, media crises, and organizational emergencies.
For many years, she has been affiliated with the Danish Armed Forces as an external examiner for the Defence Master’s Programme and as a lead advisor for executive development.

Hans-Åge Nielsen

Hans-Åge Nielsen is an expert in innovation partnerships, business model innovation, and commercial execution.
He works with the development, implementation, and commercialization of large-scale, innovative energy solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience in the electricity and gas sectors in Denmark and across Europe, Hans-Åge has been a pioneer in establishing and commercializing innovation partnerships for energy system transformation—navigating the intersection of international challenges, national policies, and public-private collaborations.
He has been responsible for designing and developing large-scale consortia and public-private partnerships, including Green Hydrogen Hub, Carbon Capture Storage, and ClusterNortH2.
Hans-Åge also has experience in national energy preparedness, including participation in the Danish National Emergency Management Organization (NOST).
